Hi Konstantinos - thanks for your note. When I reflect back on my career, I had some jobs that were definitely about putting in time and making money; which is what I needed at the time. As I got more experience, I wanted to do more interesting things in all parts of my life, including work that gave me a sense that I was making a difference to others in some way... Now that I work for myself, there is less financial stability but I feel waaaay better about where I invest my time and energy.
